Privacy.

This modern page restates the club’s existing public privacy policy in clearer language. Contact the club if a governing policy has been updated.

Information we collect

The club may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, ride preferences, membership information, and messages. Technical information may be collected by hosting, security, and analytics systems when you visit the site.

How information is used

Information may be used to schedule flights, respond to questions, administer membership and club operations, maintain safety and operational records, and improve club services. The ride-request form on this prototype prepares an email in your own mail application and does not store the form data on this site.

Sharing

The club does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with authorized club volunteers and service providers when needed to perform club functions, comply with law, or protect safety and legal rights.

Cookies and third-party services

The website and linked services may use cookies or similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences, and traffic measurement. Third-party destinations are governed by their own policies.

Security

The club uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and its purpose. No Internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Updates

This statement may change as services or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions should be posted here with the effective date.
